Heather is a Partner at Hanold Associates, based in the New York Office, where she focuses on recruiting Corporate Officers, including HR, Financial, Marketing, Legal and Technology leaders and their respective teams across industries, with a emphasis in Media, Entertainment, Sports and Non-Profit organizations.
Heather brings nearly 15 years of recruiting and human resources experience. Prior to joining Hanold Associates, she was Vice President of Executive Recruiting at the New York Times Company where she managed executive leadership hiring. Before specializing in executive recruiting, she hired for roles at all levels and across all business functions. Heather prides herself on serving as an advisor to senior leaders and working with them to create impactful, efficient and equitable hiring practices. Before her years with the New York Times Company, Heather worked in recruiting and human resources leadership roles for the Council on Foreign Relations and eMusic.
Heather earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Zicklin School of Business at CUNY Baruch College.
She lives with her husband and dog on the north shore of Long Island, NY, where she enjoys cooking, spending time at the beach, practicing Pilates, and playing tennis.
